My relationship with my faith is one of my closest. It gives me peace and joy. Do you find time to give thanks? To breath in the air that gives you life? To stretch and thank the body you have been given?
Or perhaps to reflect back on what you have experienced, discovered or achieved in the last 30 days? In the past 6 months? What about the past 12 months?
This is such a great exercise in mindfulness and conscious living, a way to slow down, take in your favorite moments, and try to put the not so great moments or experiences behind us. Take time to appreciate all the little and big things that are a part of our life and give thanks to the universe for your health and wellbeing.
So, let’s pour yourself a huge cup of coffee and share some moments!
What did your 2021 look like?

1.What one event, big or small, are you going to tell your grandchildren about?
2.If you had to describe your 2021 in 3 words, what would they be?
3.What new things did you discover about yourself?
4.What single achievement are you most proud of?
5.What was the best news you received?
6.What was your favorite place that you visited in 2021?
What is your 2022 shaping up to look like?
1.What do you want to see, discover, or explore?
2.Who do you want to spend more time with?
3.What skills do you want to learn, improve or master?
4.Which personal quality do you want to develop or strengthen?
5.What do you want your everyday life to be like?
6.Which habits do you want to change, cultivate or get rid of?
If you take the time to write out your answers, you have a much higher chance of actually doing them, achieving them and making those goals become reality.
If you’ve had regrets or failed at something this year, that’s ok. Don’t dwell on it, just ask yourself what you can do differently, what are YOU in control of? And how can you make 2022 YOUR YEAR?
